Chester Cathedral is many things to many people, and we want to be a place where people gather to discuss the BIG topics. Assemble is an invitation to come and hear engaging speakers on topics that are relevant in our modern world.
4th July - This Assemble is part of the Festival of Ideas and will explore the role of AI in our society: can engaging with AI be good for humanity? A panel of speakers who work in or engage with AI in a range of ways will explore this question with opportunities for questions from the public to shape the discussion. Join us to explore this engaging topic. A full list of speakers will be available in early 2024, with booking to open in May 2024.
